We’re about creating an environment where people can encounter God in an authentic way. We believe in building genuine and healthy relationships, supporting our community, and walking life’s journey side by side.

Meet MIke and Victoria
“We’ve lived in the Hibiscus Coast for most of our lives (Mike from age 4 and Victoria from age 11) and we absolutely love it! Our family grew up here – we have 4 adult children, 3 of whom are married, and 2 grandchildren. Family is super important to us. We enjoy spending time together as much as we can.
We have been pastoring for 25 years and love what we do. We are excited to be meeting in House of Hope’s relatively new purpose-built building in Silverdale. We have been involved with the planning of and construction of this building from the very beginning – especially Mike who is a carpenter and spent many hours doing practical mahi! The completed building is the fulfilment of a vision God gave to us many years ago. However, the vision is larger than just a physical building and certainly doesn’t finish there!
Seeing people join the House of Hope whānau, and grow in relationship with God and others, is something that we are passionate about. Our desire is simple: that every person who walks through House of Hope’s doors would experience acceptance, love, grace, and the presence of God in ways that are real and bring about a positive life change.”
